The Artificial Glenwood Fir Christmas Tree features a Feel Real branch tip technology, creating a tree with remarkable realism. It is pre-strung with 450 white lights with PowerConnect technology and has an imitation bark center pole. This decorative tree with hinged branch construction goes up fast, leaving more time for holiday cheer. Tree branches are pre-attached at the center pole using a hinge system, with each branch lowered into position in preparation of final shaping. A diameter of 62 inches at the base, it also includes a metal tree stand along with the assembly instructions. Decorations and ornaments are not included.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT and Poor Customer Experience
This tree was awful. The tree is pre-lit, but the loose light strings causes the branches to become tangled in the lights. This design flaw makes it very difficult to assemble. The branches are also not "realistic" as marketed, as compared to other "realistic" trees. It is overall a very tacky look and difficult product to use. We have purchased other National Tree products in the past that have been quite excellent.To make the entire experience worse, the seller is charging a massive restocking fee and making us responsible to pay for return shipping on a faulty product. This has been a very disappointing experience with both the product and the seller.

Such a pretty tree.
I was a little hesitant when I opened the box. But after setting it up I love the look of this tree. I wanted a tree that looked more authentic, and had more space to decorate the branches—rather than stick ornaments on the outside of a bushy tree. It’s January and we haven’t taken down our tree yet, but I couldn’t resist setting up this new one just to see!Likes:-hinged branches that fall open-beautiful lit up-realistic look-spacing between branchesDislikes:-some of the light strings were tangled around branches, making it harder to fluff-the very top branch is so slender, I have to figure out a way for it to hold my angel-I wish the base was a bit smaller diameter-I wish it came with LED, multifunction lights (these are steady on incandescent)

National tree company sent a Defective product and won’t return or fix.
It was easy to assemble. Not worth $400. Especially when all the lights in the center of the tree went dead . Company refuses to fix it replace it or refund. Totally impossible to deal with. It was not worth $400, especially with no lights. It was ordered and paid for a pre-lit tree. Too bad all the lights didn’t light

I love this tree. added a few more lights but, I love how the branches look more natural than most and the gaps allow ornaments to change.
