Q: How is sizing? I am 6' 1" and a 34 waist. Large work fine?

Yeah you should be fine. The pants are elastic banded so even if it did run small you would be fine with the elastic. I actually had to fold over the waist several times and I'm 5'8"...the size of mine that came through was a tad bigger than what the measurements said on the site.

I ordered a large and I am 6ft 220lbs. It fits me good. I think he would be safe with the medium. It is an awesome costume! My wife got the female version aswell. We wore them for a benefit softball tournament. We were the hits of the tournament. Every one loved it
