I have a busy mind especially at night and I put the little brown ball in my belly button and take it out in the morning and I sleep very well. The stickers they came with are so sticky and painful I do not use them, I’m fat enough that it sits fine in my belly button. I don’t know if it’s doing anything else but the selling point on the packaging is that it dispels evil and in 2024, that’s important.

I liked it but the benefits felt a little more on the mystical plane.

Don’t think it does anything! It did give me dry skin around my navel. I ordered these for 2 purposes, the main purpose being to shape my belly button underneath my compression garments post tummy tuck and it has definitely done that! I figured the medicinal effects would be a plus but I haven’t really noticed anything different so…

I decided to try these just for the heck of it. Once I got them and applied one to my belly button I noticed that these might not work for me because I have a deep belly button and the ball just stayed right at the entrance. But I still put the little square sticker over it and thought maybe it would melt or dissolve and go deeper into my belly button. I was too scared to push it in because I thought it might get stuck and I would have to use something to take it out. It did not dissolve and I really don't feel like it did anything. Maybe this product is better for people who don't have a deep belly button?
