Why is this powerbank not compatible with the Samsung S21/S22/S23 ranges? They offer wireless charging?

I’m pretty sure it will work with a Samsung, as all smart phones use the same wireless charging coils but this is for apples Mag safe functionality, the magnets are aligned for the new Apple phones not Samsungs. It should charge yours but the magnets are pretty strong, might not be a good idea, plus Samsung should have their own version, though I can’t suggest what that’d be. This would be a waste of money for you though, most of the cost is for the mag safe MFI stuff.

I have a MagSafe iPhone 11 case, will this charge the phone in the same was a normal wireless charger will?

This particular Anker charger works only from an iPhone 12 but yes it works with MagSafe case on I use one with my phone .
