For those considering purchasing this, read the box. In order for these ink cartridges to work you need to sign up for the HP Instant Ink service. Which is an amazing service in my opinion. If you are looking for ink and do not want the subscription you'll pay around $40 for a cartridge. With the instant ink service you get automatic delivery of ink when ever you need it. Your printer is connected to the internet and sends ink level information to HP. Based on that they will ship you the ink you need. The monthly costs is as little as 2.99 per month (less than the cost of a regular priced black ink cartridge) to 9.99 per month, based on how much you print each month.

Are you kidding me? Worst product,...ever. We purchased ink for our printer but we are NOT able to use the ink unless we pay a monthly subscription fee. Oh, and the fee is based on how many pages you print...not whether you run out of ink. This is ridiculous. We simply wanted to purchase ink for our printer and use it until it runs out. This is out of control with all of these subscription-based products.

Paid 60.22 for a year of printing but received Two (2) Black and Two (2) Color Cartridges so it appears to be a wash, thus it is not a cost saving program for me only thing it saved me was the time to reorder new ink. I do like that the program will carry over any unused pages to the next month not losing unused pages,

I bought this items thinking that it was not registration required because the ink haf printed out my document. But now it's not working any longer.

Great customer service from HP. I threw away my code because I thought I had set up my account properly, but it turns out that I didn't. I contacted HP and they were able to resend me the code by giving them my amazon order number. This was pretty awesome! I'm about a month in, but if I don't like it in a few months, I'll come back and rewrite my review :)

I cannot use these ink cartridges. I just spoke to HP and they told me that in order for me to be able to use them, I would have to enroll in a program with them. I was not aware of this. They told me to get in touch with you for a credit and replacement for the correct ink cartridges. Please advise me what to do. Thank you. My email is:[email protected]

With the cupon, great savings on ink. What ever you do not use out printing, it rolls over to the next month and so on. I have gone over a couple of times but only charge me $1 per another 25 prints. Those also roll over that you do not use.

Dont waste your money. HP has a monopoly on the ink it uses. Even though it says HP on the outside somehow the printer knows its not orig HP and popups kept coming up that I need ink etc. Even shut down on me and wouldnt print. Very agrivating. Threw the ink out along w printer and bought a Cannon. Like a dream come true.
