Since the day I brought this product that it has a battery problem, only works with the cable connected.I have done all troubleshooting recommended by LEDGER, but nothing has changed, and it is too hard to contact with LEDGER.Do not advise to buy this item

The device would not work unless it’s connected to the charger. Seems like the device came with a faulty battery because no matter how long I charge it, it wouldn’t switch on without a connection to a power source. Completely defeats the purpose of a Nano X that’s meant to work on the move!I returned the item
