Good for car and ATV style tires
They come in handy with my lawn tractor and ATV tires but were pretty much useless for motorcycles, just to big. Overall a nice product just not for all applications.

Claims easy to move / use, it is not the case
Originally gave a negative review.. I will state that it really isn't my fault because people make it sound so simple without providing detailed information.. There should be better videos on Youtube, etc.. on this product and how to do this on various sized rims.. Perhaps I'll make a video myself.. Understand this is not easy if you have no experience and guys that make videos do it differently while using different techniques and tools.. It's not too difficult if you do it correctly,..Positioning of the tool has to be correct.. You have to put this on and go in one direction for it to work properly at least on the Toyota Prius and have a proper bar or other mechanism to work around the rim... You want to put this on the opposite side of the valve stem you are working on or it might pop off before you are finished.. It's gets harder as you get closer to sealing the rim.. If you don't use a little soap and water around the edges it will be near impossible. To my surprise my low power air compressor sealed the bead when airing it up after about 10 psi it popped..Old review:I tried this with Toyota Prius rims.. It was very difficult to put them on and also move around, everything was by force.. The product details state otherwise.. I would love to be wrong so feel free to make a video and correct me.. Yes I had them the right way and it was not easy at all.. I was not able to get the tire on and seeking better tools to do the job.. Waste of time and money so I'm leaving 1 star..

Great product for the price
I used these to mount a set of low profile 20 inch tires on a set of rims. For the most part they did their job. A couple of times they popped out. No big deal though. Probably saved me $100 so I'm happy. Definitely recommend for the do-it-yourself guy or gal.

Not for small wheels
I bought these to help installing a rear tire on my lawn tractor wheel. These are way too big for that application, they flop around like a fish out of water. Since the description doesn't bother to mention that detail I thought I would give everyone a heads up.

Awesome tool!
I rely on reviews to see if something is really worth it and a real time saver. Even after the positive reviews, these far exceeded my expectations and were very helpful using my manual tire change machine. No more wishing I had a 3rd hand. The construction is sturdy, and I found the springs to be strong. The material does not mar the finish of the wheel. Not sure why some reviewers found the springs not to be strong enough. I can only imagine they were not using them correctly as these clamps locked onto the rim and held the tire in the right place for removal. These clamps will have many years of use in my garage as a go-to tool.

Invaluable for mounting
To be honest, I wasn't really sure how to use these things. It took a little bit of time to figure out, as they don't arrive with any instructions. What I can say is that it would have been impossible (for me at least) to finish mounting the tire. Getting the first bead on the rim is relatively easy, but the last bead is virtually impossible with a tight tire. If you're having trouble as you're trying to get the last 8 to 12 inched of the tire under the rim, and one end of the tire keeps slipping out while you're working on the opposite side, then these clamps will save your sanity. Just use them to lock in your progress, and you can keep whittling your way towards getting the entire tire slipped under the rim. Having four is nice, because you can leapfrog one on each side as you're getting closer and closer to getting done. Lifesaver.
