At face value, the product appears convenient as it holds more ties than it's close competitors. It is easy to mount and appears durable. However, once the batteries are in and the product is ready to operate - the downfall begins. The switch is tough to toggle between each direction and the off position. Once on, the products light is dim and does a poor job of lighting anything that is not immediately underneath it. The motor is weak, noisy, and will jam while ties are rotating. By the way, the speed at which it rotates is quite slow.

It appeared to be an old wall-mounted tie rack, even though it is new. The motor is noisy, the switch is hard to slide and the light is dim. The only good thing that the unit does is hold ties.

same problem as all these wall mounted units. once you put more than or 5 ties on it you will see it begin to "sag" forward. I am looking for some way to support it so that I can prevent that.

does not work like my last tie sorter, motor sounds like it is on its last leg and could die ant any time.

This product replaced a similar product which had a strong motor and lasted several years. Unfortunately, this product's motor does not appear to be strong enough in order to move the carousel under load.

too slow - too loud to be 5 stars

Poorly made, had it about 2 months, mounting snapped off, pile of ties. Gearing and motor noisy, grinding and binding. Tossed it into the trash. Great concept, but not built to last. Wall mounting very weak.

Works as advertised but loud and noisy! It sounds like it will break soon
