How many hangers does this hold?

I have a total of 28 tubular plastic hangers on mine, 14 on top and 14 on bottom. I highly recommend this product as it is truly a problem solver!

What are the two little pieces that come with it?

I dont know, but I use them to separate wooden hangers from pant hangers, and my hangers from kids hangers.

What are the two plastic clips used for?

I use the clip on the bottom row to separate wooden hangers from pant hangers. Clip on the top row separates kids hangers from my hangers. (I don't know what the clips are actually supposed to be used for). I like this Hanger Organizer.
