GREAT - but questions
Dosage of 20mg/serving by Nutricost is a bit strange. All of the internet reviews of Melatonin say 1-3mg/day, and say not to go over 10mg/day. However. Nutricost has many products and seems very reliable. The capsule itself worked great. Slept 3 hours, went to the bathroom, then slept 5 more. Have not slept over 2 hours/nap in years.

Asleep in minutes! I am a believer; this product actually works! I used to lie there hoping to fall asleep for hours... now 15 minutes before bedtime I take one of these, go to bed and fall fast asleep. It works!

Too high of a dosage
I got this and afterwards read up some more on how melatonin works in the body. Even though I have horrible insomnia, melatonin should not be used as a long term sleep aid, but more as a way to help you reset your circadian rhythm. It should be used short term and never at this high of a dose! 1-3 mg is recommended. Taking melatonin at this high of a does long term will adversely affect you body's ability to make this important hormone.
