Works well to help build muscle, but one must understand you have to be free of Drugs & Alcohol, and ear earnestly workout for muscle growth at particular training in a gym. I like that it is tasteless and I can put it in my coffee. This gives me energy and works to it's full potential if you work out. I'm doing 25 min of workouts when I can juggling life and it shows results. I love it!!Great for Menopause.

It came on time and the only complaint I have is I wish ít disolved easier but I made a shaker cup and that works fine

A solid product. It work well. The packaging was fine but a little bit hard to open. Other than that was priced fine. I usually mix it with some water, some electrolytes for my morning.It can be used as a nootropic. I usuauly use about five grams. It is a great utility to increase in strength and endurance during their workouts, as well as faster muscle recovery times.So far I would reccomned this prodcut.

One of the better deals around for creatine that I could find. Spent a few minutes carefully digging around looking for a scooper, only to find out one is not included. Semi-annoying to carry around a teaspoon if you aren't measuring this at home, or just save a scooper from previous bodybuilding products but make sure it is teaspoon amount sized.
