I have a 20 gallon tank with several tropical fish species. Guppies tend to have a lot of babies but they all get eaten by either their own parents or other fish. With this little dark house, they are now thriving because they go there to hide and looks like the other fish don't seem to find them there. And, the design of the ornament is pretty cool, does not fade or release any harmful chemicals in the tank.

My betta and loaches love it

I got this so my fish would have a new, bigger house to hide in. This house is very nice looking but I was disappointed once I realized how sharp the inside of the windows and openings are. We will have to file down the sharp edges and put an aquarium safe silicone over it before we can use it. Be sure to check it before putting it in your aquarium so your fish don't get cut on it.

This is a beautiful piece. The insides are a little sharp. I used sandpaper to dull the insides. My betta loves it.
