Great, although I’ve gone back to using coconut oil. This is easier to add to drinks, but the difference in effectiveness isn’t enough for the price.

I have been trying MCT oil from several manufacturers and I believe I have now found a very cost effective product, regarding product quality and price. This one is great ! I have been paying almost twice for some of the competitors ' MCTs . I have no qualms recommending the Carino MCT oil.

I take this in my coffee or in my porridge in the morning and it seems to give me a sudden burst of energy. It works so well I can't keep still!

So far so good, only just started to used this. It’s definitely odourless and doesn’t taste of much either so you take it by the spoon which is a bonus.

Product was leaking a little although the lid was sealed. Still a good product
