Assembly is required, excellent customer service
Assembly is required and the badly printed manual was very rudimentary.... BUT ...I contacted them about this and immediate assistance was offered. A couple of days later 2 guys came to assemble as well as place it where I wanted it. This company showed what a difference good employees and after sales service makes.The items is exactly as pictured, smooth movements and gets the job done.

The description didn't say you will have to work after receiving this item and the manual was very unclear.... BUT ...I contacted them about this and within hours I had someone on the phone to help me.A couple of days later 2 guys came to assemble the items and put them where I want them.this is a very good company, they only need to work on the description.The items is exactly as pictured and the product has the quality I expected from it.Thank you
