How many calories and how much sugar is in this?

Per 100g: 443kcal, 14g sugar.Per serving (2 tbsp = 12g): 53kcal, 2g sugar.There's also a chocolate peanut butter powder (same brand) which has 422kcal and 26g sugar per 100g (51kcal and 3g per serving (2 tbsp = 12g))

It says consume immediately on the jar does this mean after making I'm not able to fridge it? As I love my peanut butter abit solid...?

I just make what I need every day fresh. That's what they mean on the label.
