Fabulous value for money
Flavour was certainly better than the last jar I tried, not as flowery. MGO is about double the last one I bought, and it definitely worked faster. Also excellent value for money, I picked out a higher MGO with a more reasonable price, and the quality is still fantastic. I have used it for a gum infection, and for a throat infection, worked fantastic for both. Could feel an improvement within 12 hours, taking one spoonful, several times daily. For the throat, I watered down, and gargled, then swallowed the honey. Worked a treat.

Never used manuka honey before but I can say that is different from regular honey. The colour is darker and the taste is stronger. I have a table spoon every morning on empty stommach.I suffered from UTI's and don't know if this is the placebo effect but after a week of this natural antibiotic I must say that I feel way better.A colleague from work recommended it as he gives to his 3 and 4 yrs old kids and he said their immune system is stronger as they don't get cold so often. Be aware though, it is not suitable for children under 12 months.

Excellent quality genuine manuka honey
Excellent quality manuka honey. Manuka honey is a fantastic natural antibiotic and works when taken orally or by applying direct to the wound. I swear by it have teaspoon twice a day to help my immune system and digestion . I also suffer foliculitus where the hair roots can become inflamed and since taking the manuka honey my symptoms have reduced. I believe it help keep my skin and body healthy. I also used directly on my skin when a tattoo I had got infected and thanks to the manuka honey it healed with little scarring. If you suffer bad skin or sores scars even post operation I used to heal the wound site . Just make sure when your buying manuka honey the strengths are right as low UMF and mgo are not as effective that's why I b no less than 15umf or 250 mgo as they have a more antibiotic effect . I use the higher strength as it works
