Very Concentrated
Very Strong Colour... The green in powder form is a light brownish / orange colour and initially I thought that had sent the wrong colour, but add it to a drop of water and it goes bright green.I have used a lot of powdered colours in the past and this green is the strongest that i have used, so go careful when adding it, you do not need a lot.Just to mention that this is a fairly bright green when made up (ideal for Halloween) and if you want it darker you might have to add some blue to it.

Great for colouring red velvet cake and sugar paste
It has no flavour and smell. I made the most beautiful red velvet ever, and was easy to colour it.I also coloured sugar paste which was much easier to colour then with colouring gel it also got a bright colour and the paste kept soft as before colouring differently when it’s coloured with the gel as it gets dry and paste cracks on the edge of the cake.

Good colour
This gives a good colour and is stronger than gel colourings. It is a bit more orange than I thought but not bad. It also has a slight smell but you can’t tell once you’ve used it.

interesting product
I was very confused at first as I had ordered green but the power I was presented with was orange. However as soon as I added it to some water just to check what colour it really was, it came out as green. Really enjoyed it. Although be aware that there is only one colour, not 4.

Disappointing
I bought a red powder colour to make a cake for my partners birthday. The colour was a good colour but it gave a really salty taste to the cake. We wasn't sure what it was so we tried the powder on it's own and it was confirmed that this was the strange flavour we could taste. The packet also had a different label on the front. I made sure I got an Ash Spice company product because I have used it before. But, it seemed to be a different brandy that I was given. We had to throw the cake away and my partner didn't have a birthday cake which was very disappointing
