Both excellent films. Second film better and Kurt russle's character reminds me of the beyonder from the marvel secret wars 1&2 comic universe. Recommended buy.

A great addition to my collection.

The constant stream of superhero films from both marvel and DC is starting to get a tedious. However, there are still some gems out there and both Guardians films qualify. They seem fresh and original in a flagging genre. The combination of humour and cool music just lift these movies to the extra level.This Blu-ray combination pack is great way to enjoy these films.

I'm not usually a fan of comic book stuff (their inconsistency and frequent humourless lack of self-awareness ...irks me) but this is just good, silly old-fashioned fun IN SPACE! There's a bald, blue Karen Gillian, a smart-arsed racoon, quotable lines by the bucketload, and the best sound track since... I dunno, er, Saturday Night Fever. What's not to like?

The humor is subtle. The actors are perfect for the roles. Great movie!
