I did not get this for free. I paid full price and it was worth it to me.I had been trying different products because I went though an extremely stressful time and it changed my skin. - It became very sensitive. Very. Each product made my skin feel stripped and burned to some extent. All the products stated for sensitive skin. One burned so badly I had to put ointment on my face afterwards. Then I found this. My face took an immediate liking to it. I like the cool and refreshing feeling and the scent. After washing, my skin did not feel stripped or burnt. Perhaps a little dry, but I followed up with a serum and moisturizer and it felt great to finally be able to cleanse my face! Slowly, my skin is returning to how it was months ago, but I still wash my face with this. For reference, I have combo skin and this evens everything out. It has been a life saver for me.

Have a tendency to break out using almost any products on my face. This stuff not only has kept me from breakouts for a month, it’s made my skin super soft too.

I haven't used this product very long, but it seems to work well at cleaning my skin.

Does nothing its described to do

Love the way it feels on the skin. No over powering smell. Seems like a good moisturizer. Haven’t used it long enough to rate it further

I’ve tried tons of cleansers and this one is the the most moisturizing and cleansing formula I’ve ever used. Doesn’t strip the skin and dry you out in the slightest! Buy this product asap.

This cleanser came in a box in a bubble bag with a plastic cover under the lid. It was not truly sealed. Instructions say you can use this as a cleanser or 5 minute mask. I tried it as a mask for the most effective results. The cleanser is creamy with a some mildly exfoliating texture from the jojoba beads, which aren't too abrasive. You can smell the menthol, but I found it mild. As a mask, the product burned a bit while on, then felt cool when rinsing and afterwards. While my skin seemed clean, I was disappointed there didn't seem to be any other differences. It may have some long term benefits, but I wouldn't pay $39 for this.
