Great buy!
Delivery team were excellent, was able to track them on app and they called me 20mins before arriving.Assembly was really easy - majorly down to the way fixings are packed with individual codes for each size of screw.The machine is really sturdy. The main plus point for us though is that it is really smooth and quiet to use.It took no time at all to get to grips with the pre-set work outs. Really easy to use.Cannot comment about bluetooth or ifit as we are not going to be using these.Really happy with purchase!

Impressive machine but technical issues have marred my e perience
This machine is very solid and sturdy with great features. However, I have issues with the resistance not operating properly and 4 week lead time for an engineer means I am yet to be able to use it as intended (I.e. auto programmes) because the resistance can’t adjust on its own. Very frustrating, a) that it’s expensive and broken and b) it takes so long for an engineer visit to resolve... roll on November!

Not easy , but it gets all those muscle that haven't been used for ages,working. Only negative is the control panel does sound very cheap when buttons are pressed, which you wouldn't expect for the price of this machine.Overall very happy.

Poor Quality Machine with Non-Existent support
The machine itself is ok but like other users have said, I get this horrible creaking sound from the inside somewhere.Also the workout programmes are TERRIBLE, you cannot just say 60 mins and fat burn. You have to use the pre-set programmes EXACTLY as they have set them up, you cant load a workout preset and then increase the resistance because within a minute, it resets back down to its preset.Save the extra money and go for the Bowflex Max, which I will be doing.

This is the worst fitness equipment I have ever bought
EVERYTHING with this machine is done on the cheap. During it's first use some bolt heads sheared off. It squeaks, creeks, and makes all kinds of annoying noises. The fan is atrocious. The clock adds about 25 seconds per hour. The calorie and distance output is wildly inaccurate. There is a belt inside which comes off if I attempt to go fast or do HIIT on it which is ironic given the name. What have ProForm done about it? Nothing. They just fob me off and ignore my complaints. Do yourself a favour and do not purchase this machine.

Quiteness is comforting
What can I say apart from it being a great machine. Very quite not noisey. However the only downside was that we did not have the mat which should have come with the product. After a few days as with everything tighten the bolts again for a pleasing experience once you have done this it's a great product to have.
