Receiving goods that’s not whats advertised (twice)
Hi! Ordered this item as advertised The Slate company! I needed a few more to go with my set! Twice you have sent Selbrae House slate which are the wrong colour and thickness to The Slate Company! I did explain when I sent the first ones back! Now received the second lot and again Selbrae not The slate Company as advertised! I feel frustrated as had to return twice! Now cancelled my order and asking for refund 😡

Box was stuck up with scruffy tape, and the mats look like seconds with big chunks out of the sides and had bits that had crumbled off in the box. Really bad quality compared to the ones I have previously bought in John Lewis. Very disappointing.

Bought some from the companyAnd needed some extra onesSo bought from Amazon, don’t do it they are not nearly as sturdy and much thinner just buy from JustSlate is my advice
