What is poor is the way the expect people to pay for ...
Not sure if it works or not. What is poor is the way the expect people to pay for the recharge. The LEDs do not run out or need to be recharged. The only reason to continually charge people £9.99 is to extract an ongoing fee from customers for a product that probably cost £10 to manufacture. The disingenuous explanation of why they have to continue to charge ongoing fees (to protect people from too much light therapy?) shows a huge contempt for their customers.

Don't buy another activator hacks on YouTube 😊
It's helped a little so far makes me feel better knowing I'm doing something to try and help my skin! I've tried most things but this keeps it under control... Also you DONT HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER ACTIVATOR, LOOK ON YOUTUBE AND IT SHOWS YOU THE HACK SO THE TIMING THING IS GONE AND YOU USE IT PURELY ON BATTERIES 😊

It really works but.....
I was using the mask everyday, it cleared up my skin quite well but the activator that comes with it allows 30 uses, then you have to purchase another activator, which is essentially just a power bank, it’s just the neutrogena’s way of getting more money of the customer by being greedy, which is a shame because the mask really does make a significant Improvement on my skin

It worked!!
Well what can i say bought this for my 15yr old daughter after her suffering with acne for few years,well after first week blackheads have cleared and spots reduced in size, and after couple of weeks her scaring has reduced, one happy mum and a very happy daughter. I do think it's a bit of a con with the activator but for what I was spending on various different products to try and rid of her acne I don't mind.

Environmental impact
It seems madness and a complete waste of resources to have to buy one of these per month. Obviously it’s to maintain income in relation to this product, but surely there is a more environmentally friendly way to do this!!

Didn’t get the full 30 uses
Worked brilliantly at first, really made a difference to my skin. The charger however is awful, sometimes you’ll press and it’ll take a count off and the mask will not turn on. I have lost many of my 30 masks due to this, I have probably only managed to get the lights to come on the mask for about 10 of them. It’s just now counted me down from 14 to 0 and the mask didn’t turn on once. Very frustrating feel like I’ve been conned

Life changing - finally something that works!!!!
As someone with sensitive skin and bad acne this seemed like a risk / potential waste of money - I’m happy to report after trying numerous skincare / products / pills that didn’t work THIS MASK HAS CLEARED MY HORMONAL ACNE, and only in 12 uses! I am 27 and have had acne since I was 18, to have clear skin finally is amazing, please try this! And the activator is only £10 on here so I think that’s worth it.

Doesn’t work.
Does not work. Simple. I have adult acne since stopping taking the contraceptive pill, tried this every day for 60 days, no improvement whatsoever.
