Arrived on time, good to have this product again. Ran out a few weeks ago. However I had been using Lechithin to lose and maintain my weight and it works! Great to have it back. Value for money and will definitely (spelt correctly), be back for more as and when. I dropped several dress sizes and felt much healthier when using this before. Would recommend using it. However, if on medication, tell your doctor first.

Bought these to help lower cholesterol, they worked in a matter of days.Good value for money, though they are on the large size so if you struggle swallowing big pills these may not be right for you.

Highly effective in the reduction of cholesterol over a 6 month period. Have recommended this to my clients with great success. However , a word of warning, is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans, disappointing really ,as clearly this isa cost saving exercise, without due consideration of the health issues which it may eventually cause (from the vege perspective), where the manufacturer has taken the easy route and instead of using non animal glycerine which is so easy to obtain,has chosen here to use animal byproducts to encapsulate the Lecithin material. i believe this to be a essentially a good product with one major formulation fault!. It's quite a big jar because the soft gel tablets are big - 28mm x 11mm wide, so they take a bit of swallowing.Now I've read there's a lot of potential benefits of taking Lethicin but there's also articles warning about it too. One of the problems is GM (Genetically Modified) Soya beans used to make it. Unfortunately the label doesn't say GM Free, and it is made in the USA so perhaps it is made from GM plants.Also if you are veggie, the capsule is made from Bovine (cow) gelatine, so it's not for you.Hopefully I will get some benefits from these tablets.
