Most importantly this is very comfy & looks great!This is so much better than the pilly white mattress cover it replaces... before, I felt like my bed was shamefully exposing it's "tighy-whities" everytime I went to change the sheets.Now the bed still looks comfortable & inviting when the sheets are off of it.Additionally, this seems much more durable than the previous cover. I have no fears that it will stand up to my playful dogs claws as he runs & dives onto the bed, before quick turning to run back the other way.The deep pocket with lots of elastic at the bottom makes this an easy recommendation to people of varying mattress heights. This had been one of my concerns when shopping for a cover that would be a good fit.Also, this helps to keep the cover securely in place.I am very happy with this upgrade to my bedroom. My sleep has improved.

My husband and I bought a new bedroom suit, upgrading our mattress size to king. We opted for a cheap mattress since we were buying the suit, with plans to replace the mattress at a later date.The mattress we purchased was memory foam. Memory foam can make you sweat, and our mattress does just that. So much so that we will likely wind up having to replace it sooner than later, not saving anything in the long run.I purchased this cover for two reasons. First, to try to cut down on the sweating. Second, I can’t wash the mattress, so I always add a mattress pad or protector that can be washed if needed.My review of this pad is that it’s sort of like a thick, fluffy comforter. It’s kind of squishy. I am not sure what I was expecting but I was going for the feel of a pillow top. It doesn’t feel like that but it doesn’t feel like you just tucked a comforter under your sheet either. All I can say is that it made the mattress a lot softer. Whether that is a good thing or not is a matter of opinion.My husband doesn’t sleep well on it but didn’t sleep well on the mattress. He still sweats but not as much (didn’t on our old pillow top - it’s the mattress). I wouldn’t say that this would resolve that issue/cool you down that much. He also says it is too soft in comparison to our daughter’s (doesn’t have the pad on her bed). I tend to think that his issues can’t be resolved without replacing the mattress and am not going to blame them on the pad. The fact is, I doubt there is a pad on the market that would make him like our current mattress any more than he does.As for me? I like it. Our old pillow top had gotten too soft for me (your core changes quite a bit when you have twins!) and I was having trouble getting in and out of bed at night to check on the kids. My hips were hurting constantly and my back spasms made it more efficient for me to just sleep on the couch. The new mattress was a bit uncomfortable for me, and this pad improved my quality of sleep tremendously. It is soft enough that my hips don’t kill me when I lay on my side at night, my back spasms have mostly stopped so that I’m better able to get in and out of bed with the kids, and I just feel comfortable when I’m laying in it.I am not someone that has ever owned an expensive mattress and this is an improvement over the egg crates we used to use when I was a kid. My mom and sister liked it enough to get one for their beds and have liked using them so far (they have the same mattress and found it uncomfortable as well.... I have not laundered mine but my sister washes hers weekly and has not complained).At the end of the day, this mattress cover is not going to make your mattress feel like a pillow top or high end mattress if it isn’t. It also isn’t going to make your mattress feel like you crammed a comforter under your sheets. It doesn’t slide around or bunch up. It is not going to solve any problems with night sweats, and it is probably going to be too soft if you like a firm mattress.What it is likely to do is add some cushion to an otherwise too firm mattress. If your mattress is so unsupportive that your hips hurt when you lay on your side at night, it might help. If you’re tossing and turning and not sleeping well because of that sort of thing, it may help. If you just want to add a little cushion, it might help. If you just want a mattress cover you can launder, it would work (I don’t believe it is waterproof but we didn’t need that).As for us, it is an okay purchase. Didn’t solve my husband’s problems but solved mine and I’m grateful for that. I’m sure that we will soon be replacing the mattress with a better quality, non memory foam one, and when we do, we won’t be using this any longer. For now, I think it was worth the money.I don’t have any complaints so I’m giving it 5 stars. That doesn’t mean it upgraded our mattress - it just means that it does what I believe it was advertised to do and I got what I expected from it.

This mattress pad is very comfortable and durable. Fits perfectly and provides nice (but not over the top) padding. Highly recommend!

Opened the vacuum sealed package upon opening delivery. The pad came back to life and puffed up just as I saw people report on their video reviews, and only took a short time. Putting it in the mattress was super easy. The material is soft and pad well made. It has protected the mattress the way it should, as there was a spill already. Upon inspecting when stripping the bedding, my mattress still appeared in perfect condition! The price I think was fair (with the sale discount of course). Oh and just as it says: not only the corners, but the entire pad is pocketed deep so as to hug the entire mattress. This pad stays in place completely, even with active movement of kids, dogs, etc. The only reason it did not get that last star is: I was imagining after this new pad, great new sheets and a brand new quality comforter… I imagined I’d feel like I was sleeping in a fluffy cloud, as desired. The only bummer for me is the feel when in bed isn’t as padded as it looks like it’s going to be. I have a mattress that was already serving me very well. I thought this pad would be the cherry on top. Almost :)

I was really surprised at the excellent quality of this mattress pad. It fit our queen size mattress perfectly. It is soft and thick. Held up well after washing. I Purchased a second one for my daughter.

This bed sack is a great value for the money! It fits our king size bed and does not shift around. It's a very plush feel ... I think it said it had 4 lb polyfill for the king size. The top is a tightly woven cotton with a nice finish.

Bought this on a whim because I was stripping the bed and ripped my old one. This was one of the first that popped up on the search, had same day delivery and was priced nice, so I ordered. Four hours later, it arrived. We left it out overnight so that it would fluff up, which it did, but not super fluffy. Ours didn’t come with instructions, though I saw some reviews above said to put it in the sun for optimal fluff.Don’t get me wrong, it isn’t like a pillow top, but it made our bed some cozy. It’s like another layer of softness under your sheet and it makes it extra comfy. The price is really reasonable and we love the extra bit of cushioning. I highly recommend.

This is the second time I have bought this pillow topper. The first is a King Size and its super thick, plush, and absolutely lovely. I just bought a second one in Full Size and it's not quite as thick, which is a bit disappointing. Otherwise, excellent quality and I still recommend this product.

This cotton topper helps to wick away the heat of these hot summer nights. I wish it was a little thicker but I do believe I received value for my money.

A very flat topper. There is hardly any lift at all. I wouldn’t even know I was sleeping on it.
