BUNNY BUSINESS Double Decker Wooden Rabbit/ Guinea Pig Hutch with Play Area

Excellent little cage which I bought for when I take my two Guinea pigs to my caravan. I agree with other reviews that it is not suitable for rabbits as there would be no room for them to jump but perfect for piggies. No more than two though. I also wouldn't use it as a permanent cage as I believe in giving my boys as much space as possible but would be OK if you have an additional daytime run. It was easy to put together - I am female, over 60 and did it on my own in less than 2 hours. Good quality and sturdy.At first the piggies would not go up the ramp as they found it slippy but I covered it with carpet and now they have no problem. Yes, it is tricky to get them out but I have 'sleeping pods' for them so I put it in the cage, they run into it and I just lift them out (piggie owners will know what I mean) Very pleased with it.

Rather disappointed in size was hoping to get a wee pal for my 1year old guinea pig but dont think hutch would house two fully grown guinea pigs. The run isn't the biggest either, pics are very deceiving on how big this product is.

Bought this as a winter run for my two guinea pigs, slightly aprehensive after reading some of the reviews but I couldn’t be more pleased with it. Arrived promptly, well packaged and it took me about 45 minutes to put together by myself. The ramp is not too steep which means they are happy to use it, the bed area is a nice size and can be shut off to prevent them going back down the ramp. Easy to clean with a pull out tray. And they have a nice size area to eat grass.I also bought the waterproof cover which is fantastic and will keep them snug and dry during the winter when I put them out in the day.

Overpriced for the quality, also quite small, would not recommend for more than one rabbit, ours is a 10 week old lionhead bunny, and she's snug in it.. some of the wood had splits, disappointed for the amount paid, perhaps for the £40-50 price range would have been more acceptable.

Hutch is a lot smaller than I thought. As it says large I thought it would be large? I am getting a big lop and he will not fit so wasted my money and now have to buy a new hutch. Only opening is lifting the panel up, rabbit can’t get out of hutch unless I lift him out. The ramp takes up all the outdoor space so cant actually walk around. Was easy to assemble and would suit a small rabbit. Not a large cage as advertised

My 9 year old put this together with a little help and supervision. Very well made panels are made up to construct. And looks very nice. Needed mending plates to join the garden box to the actual hutch but that wasn’t a issue. Pleased...... wee tip, use a hard plastic sheet or brown paper on top of the aluminium tray as the poo really sticks, makes cleaning easy.

would give this hutch 4 out of 10... way too small for a rabbit I would say, even a small one.. I have 2 small guinea pigs and there is hardly any room for them at all. The run area is not particularly long enough and certainly not wide enough. Very difficult to clean out as it is so small. The delivery of this product was 100%. The item itself is flimsy and not well made with parts of the hutch and run chipped and broken.. The instructions to put it all together were not very clear but luckily used common sense and eye for detail to construct it.. As the construction is flimsy I don't think this product will last very long, I would average probably 2 years at most. It will be interesting to see if it survives the winter months. Would certainly NOT buy this product again. I think I would like to pay a little bit extra next time and get one from a local pet store. At least you see what you are getting. The old saying of 'you get what you pay for' is so true - cheap is cheap in this case I am sorry to say. Wish I had listened to the other reviews and if I had time I would have sent this product back.. my advice - stay well clear...

I purchased three of these hutches for my ever increasing number of rescued rabbits. I am very impressed by the quality given the price. Assembly is simple and instructions sound. My only criticism is that the ramps are not very well attached to the hutch. Once you moved it a few times for cleaning the ramp is next to useless. My boys prefer the extra space when the ramp is remember anyway, the just jump to get in the nest box!
