Ideal Companion for GX7 Mk II if you like getting wet!
Perfect Case for G7X Mk II, however beware - the lens aperture is very large and most external wet lenses don't fit. Waiting to see if INON bring a new mount out. So far have been very pleased - use it with a double handed D mount, 2 Light and Motion SolaPhoto 800s and mount my go pro on the shoe accessory slot. All the buttons are easy to use (with 5mm glove) and so far very pleased with results. This is a good case - albeit "cheap" and doesn't offer the depth of some of the more upmarket cases - but for a recreational diver never going below 30m (the depth limit is 40m) it works well.A great complement to what is one of best compacts on the market - and that big sensor gives superb low light results - great when diving

It does what it promises. Safe, waterproof & robust.
I purchased this a long time after the camera itself. It’s a fantastic case. Very clear photos can be achieved although in deeper water the loss of warm colours can be evident & without a red filter this won’t be avoided. The case floats easily without worry, it’s a little bulky but it is a very good case & I've enjoyed using it. Used it to about 15m & found it 100% reliable.

Disappointed
I bought this case to replace a Conan case I purchased 12 years ago which has been excellent. The G7X camera was more complicated and expensive than I needed but there were no other Canon options. I used the case on a 2 week Greek sailing holiday while out snorkelling. After 1 week the case leaked about 30mls of sea water onto the camera which is now dead. I probably only dived down about 2m on that day. I couldn't see any obvious water ingress points and have sent it back to Canon for a report. I believe this case has too many knobs & buttons that are all potential leakage points. It's a shame because the shutter control button is very good. Much better than some other waterproof cases I use when diving.
