OXO Good Grips Greensaver Produce Keeper - 1.5 L

This box is brilliant for keeping raspberries fresh. I put them in this box for over a week in the fridge, and the were still as fresh as the day I bought them!

This really does extend the life of your fruit & veg. I use this one for berries.

Nice looking, seems to be doing the job with my mushrooms!

Since we started using this, none of our salad has gone manky. It's not huge, will only really fit in a smallish bag, but it does it well and we'll be getting more of these in the near future.The only downside is that the lid just sits on top, it's not a proper 'click in place' like most plastic containers. This isn't enough to detract from it though.

Well made and substantial feeling but very small indeed. I bought this on the strength of a reviewer saying they put two bags of salad in it when in fact you’d struggle to get half a small bag in it. I’ll probably use it to keep smaller salad items or herbs fresher. Assuming it works as I haven’t used it. I have a few Oxo items now and have been pleased with all of them.

I bought this 1.5L oxo food saver having recently bought one of the 4L savers because I loved it so much! After getting so fed up of the money I waste by throwing produce away & the imapct that has on the environment I dediced it couldn't hurt to try! I bought the 4L food saver for lettuce and even though the 1st lettuce (iceberg) had to be cut in half to fit inside, it still kept it from wilting and going off as quickly as I was used to! I live alone and even if do dinner for myself and my other half, I still normally can't eat a whole iceberg before it needs binning! But with this food saver I did! So I'm very impressed! I bought this 1.5L for fruit and currently have a punnet of strawberries in it; it's too soon to know if it's as successful with strawberries as I only put them in yesterday but I would reccomend these oxo food savers!

Very handy little box for soft fruit toms etc. Keeps fresh for longer

I bought this to try and avoid the salad-in-the-bag mush you get after a while keeping salad. I decanted my salad into this container, filter in, and top shut as per instructions for veggies. Less than a day later my salad was wilted and limp (which was straight out of a fresh salad bag).The lid is loose and not air tight, so I cant understand how this would possibly work - and it doesnt.What a waste of money for both the "produce keeper" container and the salad.A huge shame, but as I used it, I cant see me getting my money back.
