A nice watch, although a bit heavy. I would also prefer a longer strap, in order to be more comfortable for people having a large wrist. The digital display is a nice addition, although sometimes it is hard to see. However, in general, it is an interesting watch at a good price.

I thought that Lorus was a good make as my previous one is still going strong after 15 years. How wrong I was.... this one is complete and utter rubbish. Very poor quality, I bought it in December and already the numerals are coming off the bezel and are illegible.I have bought from Amazon a new Casio G Shock watch and this appears to be far better made and a lot more robust.

Own four lorus watches all chronographs with leather straps all the lorus watches that I own are of high quality so decided to buy this combi watch from lorus the digital side of the watch is surrounded by black background and difficult to see number's even worse when the night's are drawing in. Second fault you can't have a leather strap fitted because the rubber strap has been specially cut to fit the watches lug so when the rubber strap snaps(and it will) you will have to rely on the manufacturer to keep supplying you with a strap and rubber straps are not sturdy as sweat and water destroy them. If you want a Lorus watch go with there chronographs there much much better.

Really like this watch. It looks more expensive than it is. Had a Lorus watch when I was a child and it was brilliant, always kept time, and have been meaning to get another one for ages. I like the fact that as well as the date on the dial the day is also featured. It has a stopwatch, alarm and chime if you want it too.Two points of note though, firstly it is a heavy watch. So if like me you've been wearing 35mm slim watches then this may take some getting used to. Secondly I feel the digital display could be just a touch brighter but not too bright as it would interfere with the analogue display.Apart from that an excellent watch.

Just received this Lorus watch today, set the time and date etc, checked stopwatch alarm and back-light everything working just fine. Very pleased!

Digital display difficult to see in daylight . Instructions could have been in English not German Not sure if backlight is working so display can be seen. Please advise
