Good Gelatine, but pack not resealable
No issues with the gelatine, but you will need to find a container to store it in as the plastic bag it comes in is not resealable. That is my only complaint with this product as it is otherwise excellent and good value. Other sellers do tend to supply in resealable zipped bags, so that might be worth considering if you want easy use and storage.

Having so much fun with this !
I don't have kitchen scales so it was a guessing game - but it worked each time ! It's brilliant ! I eat it every day. Made lemon with a little artificial sweetener jelly and cocoa with sweetener and cream desert ! I made a cranberry tea jelly (less nice) and whey protein (apple custard flavour) which was disgusting (mainly because of artificial sweetener in protein). Each time was delighted with texture - and I was totally improvising. I don't even want to eat any non-gelatinised food stuffs any more ! Love it !

Gelatine needs boiling water,is collagen does not need boiling water, same amino acids
I like having savoury drinks in the winter time, and I would add this every time

Good - no smell
I have bought two other types of gelatin as well as this one. This one is finer than the others and easier to dissolve. It also has no smell - I add it to tea and coffee; when you add it, it initially floats on top, and the others I have tried have a noticeable animal smell - not great in tea. This one has no smell - perfect !!
