Best Olive Oil
Honestly this is the best olive oil on the market. Both bottles have different and distinct flavors, both very pleasant. While they are not light olive oils, I have used them both to sear steak in a 500 degree pan without any terrible off putting flavor. To be honest though they shine as either a salad dressing oil or a dipping oil for bread. In either application their flavor will pop and make whatever the target food is feel special. The price is high for olive oil but I feel it is worth it and I will be ordering again.

It’s expensive for sure, but worth the price.
This extra virgin olive oil is so delicious. It has a very pleasant flavor. Not too fruity, but a nice clean flavor. It doesn’t overwhelm the taste of vinegar weather red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar. Olive oil definitely has gone up in price, but this one is worth the money.

Best olive oil I’ve ever tasted
It’s the details that can make something as simple as dipping bread in oil a memorable experience. Incredibly flavorful smooth with notes of fruit. Awake is best for dipping or topping. Alive is more mild and I’ve used it over salad and for cooking.Just had the Awake combined with truffle balsamic vinegar and fresh grated Parmesan cheese as a bread dip incredible combination of flavors and the Awake olive oil shines through as balanced and flavorful wowGet some quality fresh bread and hang on we going to carb town and loving every single bite

No aroma, insipid taste, orange-y color; no accountability for subpar product.
I have tasted olive oils in and/ or imported from France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Mexico and many other countries. I was so looking forward to being impressed with these oils. What was impressive was the undeniably poor quality of the product. I bought the “Duo,” and used the vibrant variety to sauté some Vidalia onion slices and scrambled eggs. I brought the bottle to my nose; no aroma. Licked a drop; no taste. Poured a bit in the pan; barely pale green, mostly on orange side color. The eggs and onions were fine, but far from the delicious olive oil-y taste they should have had. According to the seller, the oils are not eligible for return - read, not eligible for refund. Maybe not, but I’m lodging a complaint with my credit card company and Amazon, and will pursue matters until I get my $75.00+ “returned.” I was planning to call their customer service department to find out if there was some problem w the 11/22 harvest or bottling that would explain this poor quality. But they will communicate only by email or text. Not good enough. For those of you who want to take the risk, I recommend that you buy one of the small bottles. ADDENDUM: producer / seller should have enough integrity and confidence in its product to let people know beforehand that, even if they find their products, subpar, the producer / seller will not refund your money.
