All Natural Sweet Potato Flour | Snack, Baking, Smooties| 454g

I use this to make my dog food topper.Their food topper is made with sweet potatoe chunks, ground turkey, organic spinach and organic diced carrots.Half a bag give the right consistency for 12 lbs of meat. Great taste.

I really enjoyed this flour. It has a sweet taste to it and a nice fine mill. I used it to make pancakes. I used a 1:1 to ratio of all purpose flour to this gluten free flour alternative. The pancakes I made were tender and fluffy, with a naturally sweet flavor. It reminded me of sweet potato pie, and well did have milk,egg, and cinnamon in the mix. I can't wait to make a bread with this flour, and maybe a soup or sauce. It seems like it will be very versatile blending smoothly into liquid, and having a flavor that flour just does not have. My only gripe was at $20 (day of review) for 1 lb, the price is excessive in general and when compared to similar flours. So 4 stars for great flavor, versatility, and results, but loses a star for a high price (would raise to 5 stars if lower priced).

Taste just like raw sweet potato & convenient if you want to get some carbs in (i used it in daily smoothie). However, it is ot as sweet as I was expecting, doesn't mix well, you'll have to constantly shake your bottle.
