Very easy to replace and/or install yourself. Lots of 5-10 min youtube tutorials out there that show you exactly how to put this part in. It works exactly as intended once you get it hooked up properly. Cost was a good value.

Worked great, this was plug and play for the one I had previously and took care of the loud vibration/instability that the previous one had. No complaints, installed it a few weeks ago now and no issues. I can tell by the feel of it that it is well made, not cheap plastic for the case.

This motor corrected the symptom of a warm Maytag (model 2560HES) refrigerator section. The freezer was not impacted.This product fit perfectly in an existing carriage, was easily wired in, & worked as intended. The new fan activated & frig temp quickly rose to normal. Problem solved.That said, “evaporator fan” may be an incorrect term. In many/most models, evaporator fans are located in the freezer section, accessed thru the front.This motor is more accurately a “condenser fan.” It rests at the lower end of the appliance, accessed via the rear panel adjacent the condenser. This motor prevents an overheating of condenser.

I received a Panasonic fan that I assume is OEM for the superseded original part. It fit and works great. Price was excellent, too.

When my fan motor no longer worked, I was up the creek without a paddle. I did a simple repair with this plug and play fan motor and got my fridge working again. Easy assembly. Fan motor worked well for me, we will see if it holds up. One star deducted due to shipping. The part was in a plastic bag and then shipped by Amazon in a paper envelope. Probability that the motor shaft gets bent is pretty high. Mine appeared to be unscathed but i did have to inspect it closely. Motor should be in a corrugate box.

Easy replacement. Done in 15 minutes. Old fan blade fits snug on the shaft. I had to use the spacers (included) to get the motor to fit correctly on my fridge. I agree with the earlier comment that it arrived in a soft bag and the shaft could be bent if handled rough through the mail (my only negative comment).

Exactly as expected, constructed well, easy to install. Fixed my fridge for less than $30 instead of paying a repair person or replacing the whole thing.
