This is the second of these I've bought. Good quality, looks nice, and perfect for its intended use.The grille has an inner fly - screen, which is good. Another nice touch is the included flexi - duct retaining ring that you place over the duct, push the duct over the flange, and then the retaining ring over the top. This keeps the duct firmly in place without the need for duct tape, cable ties or similar.The grille is chrome plated plastic, which is well finished, with no rough edges and finishing that looks as though will start peeling.All in all, good product - very good value!

Looks fantastic on the ceiling and compliments the new chrome light fittings recently fitted perfectly. It replaced a manky Manrose white (or now yellow) grille that had seen better days.It has a fine mesh filter too, that presumably will help keep anything unwanted out.I did have a slight problem fitting, as the "ring" that slips over the duct connector that clamps it in place wouldn't fit as the hole was right next to a joist. It wasn't a major issue as the fit was very tight so stays in place nicely.

We had a new bathroom fitted including a new gleaming white ceiling, when the old white grill cover was put on it looked yellow compared to the ceiling. Our fitter could only find a full fan kit and nobody supplied a grill. We saw this on line and purchased two and they were excellent, we sent for another one for the kitchen. They come with a replacement plate and fitting is easy. Very pleased with the result and friends have commented on the grill appearance. Delivery was fast and if ordering two there was no postage. Highly recommended for the finishing touch.

I purchased the 100mm chrome finished model and cant fault it.It has an inner mesh plastic insect screen which I like and in the approx 18 months I have had it installed the steam has in no way tarnished the chrome finish. Sizing was perfect and I attached the 100mm ducting in the attic via a large jubilee clip.

Hey Amazon! This product is a condensation trap, yet most of these reviews are for a grille!If you want a condensation trap then don't waste time or money on this garbage. I doesn't even nearly fit 4" or 100mm ventilation pipes! The inner diameter of the trap is 110mm, which is industry standard SOIL pipe, NOT 100mm ventilation pipe! There is a huge 10mm gap, as shown in the attached photo.A complete waste of money and Amazon should not be listing this product!

Good product and easy to fit. Just use a 100mm holesaw and it fits in nicely.You get two parts; the chrome grill and also a white plastic backing which is what you fix to the ceiling. The plastic has several holes for you to fix it up with and does the job nicely. No fixings included, but I had plenty if screws so not an issue for me.I thought it felt pretty cheap when I first got it out of the packaging, but now its up it looks great against my polished chrome shower and taps so I am (and more importantly the wife is) happy.

The vent looks great - very easy to fit if you have drilled a 100mm hole using a hole saw. I opted not to screw in to the plasterboard, but instead to silicone it in place with some good quality silicone. It's hard to find chrome vents from the usual DIY shops, so this is a great find.

I am installing extractors in my bathroom and shower room. I have galvanised ducting already in my loft which vents through a ridge tile on the roof. I purchased a galvanised saddle to attach to the existing ducting. I will use the Y piece to allow me to attach 2 100mm flexible hoses from my ceiling extractors - Perfect.
