Doesn’t get cold when been in freezer
Disliked fact doesn’t get cold even after being left in freezer overnight- because it didn’t do what I want was a waste of money for me. Didn’t return in time.It’s strudy strong holds foot well but doesn’t heat up or cool as advertised

Best thing I've tried
I keep my roller in the freezer the whole time. My plantar fascillitis was so painful and I am so pleased to say this really works. In fact I roller my arch and heel while I am watching tv. Would definitely recommend.

I have a similar but solid plastic roller that is fantastic. This one is soft plastic and just bends in half with any pressure. Totally useless.

If using cold therapy, place the foot roller in the freezer for a few hours or until it reaches the desired temperature. 4. Apply gentle to moderate pressure while rolling the foot roller under your feet, focusing on areas with tension or discomfort. 5. Use the foot roller for up to 20 minutes, alternating between hot and cold therapy as needed. 6. Clean the foot roller with warm, soapy water as necessary. Do not use the foot roller for more than 20 minutes at a time to prevent overheating or frostbite. Always follow the instructions for temperature control to avoid burns or injuries.
