Swedish.The season opener picks up a few months after the end of the second season [which does get a brief reprise] which saw the Leonard and Sheldon and Raj and Howard heading off to the arctic, with Leonard unaware just how much Penny would miss him.What happens when he returns takes the characters relationship to a whole new level.Some sitcoms don't allow the characters to ever change. Some do try to develop them as the show goes along. The former approach can potentially lead to things getting tired. The latter can take a show away from what made it work in the first place. But the Big Bang Theory does avoid any problems since the resulting relationship does allow for good storylines, and the sheer pace and strong writing with never a line wasted of each episode, does mean the standards of the show never fall and it keeps hitting the high marks it did with the first two seasons.A handful of episodes do have two storylines that split the characters between them rather than just a main one, and these ones can feel a bit short, but that's only a minor complaint.And the end of this season finale does bring in another development which means things will never be the same again...The dvd has three extras on the third disc:Gag reel. Seven minutes of takes of scenes going wrong due to lines being messed up or people missing their cues. Gag reels can often feel forced or tired but the ones in here are pretty good and do appear to be genuine, so some raise a smile.Set tour: the actors who play Howard and Raj show you around the sets of the show in a seven minute long featurette. They take a humourous approach to the thing which makes it fun.Take out: Nine minutes of the cast eating together and talking about the highlights of the season. It's a bit short and slight but it's a pleasant watch.The whole box set is another great collection for a strong season of an excellent show.

well season 3 did not disappoint and i have the dvd's to show it.the fantastic five do it again and the return of will wheaton too.never get tired of watching this. the comedy is well timed and written.the science is all real and along with the funnies all well delivered.episode after episode this never ceases to produce a smile and a laugh.if you have not bought this yet .......... why are you waiting??????BUY IT NOW BUT IT NOW BUY IT NOWwill stu get a second chance with penny? will leonerd get a second chance with penny?will sheldon???? what ever sheldon would do with a girl???will howard get another girl? will raj ever get a girl sober?will howard and raj realise their love for each other????cant wait for season 4-

Dvd came quick in great condition and played well

I bought this DVD as a birthday present for my dad. We watch new episodes of The Big Bang Theory together, and have started to catch old episodes now they're showing on the channel e4. It reminds us both of past plotlines and funny episodes, and so my dad's started collecting the DVDs. He already had seasons 1 and 2, and so 3 was a new addition to his collection. We both love this show, and the DVDs are great to pull out on a rainy day for a marathon geekfest. Delivery was fast and the DVD was packaged well. I recommend it to anyone who watches and loves the shows.

As my review on the second series, this is a very well written series very cleaver and quite different. I like the intro of new characters, and I still stand by its very funny but perhaps not the funniest series I have every seen, but interesting and very watchable.

I've been a big fan of TBBT for about a year now. I've seen all the episodes broadcast in the UK and they make me laugh every time. I think season 3 is one of the best with some wonderful moments with all the characters. Here is my top 51- Sheldon and the Ball pit2- Leonard, his mother and Sheldon3- Howard and Raj at the goth nightclub4- Every time Sheldon says Bazinga5- Sheldon singing soft kitty to Penny when she's injuredI recommend this show to everyone because it's amazing and this is one of the best seasons !
