Dunlop M101 Phase 90 Effects Pedal

Built like a tank. Superb crisp, clean, noise-free phasing sound. Simple to use and it looks fantastic! I bought this as I'm a Sex Pistols fan and the Phase-90 was used on Anarchy in the U.K. (Yes, I bought it to use on just one song. Saddo!) There is a retro '74 reissue of this pedal but it works only with a battery, I'm told, but this pedal is good enough. A beautiful retro style effect. Excellent for any guitarist living in the past. I have no idea if anyone young would give a monkey's about it though, but I luurrvv it!

This is for me the best phase pedal. easy to setup but is really depends what you are looking for.

Good product at an acceptable price of £85. Warrants an additional premium however so do all classics, this is built too survive the end of the world. Very well put together and sounds great stood alone or with other stompboxes. Will add a range of depth and tone too your playing. Comes boxed with velcro padding (optinal whether too stick)

Really good pedal, in my opinion the EVH model it's worth the extra money. Really good sound.

Not for me. It did indeed suck my tone... Way too much... The volume boost is rediculous and the phaser is too strong even on the lowest setting for me there's no option for a subtle phase, it also goes through the frequencies, with a real emphasis on my lows in a distinct way which isn't nice at all.... Returned it and trying some other options by mxr, the 95 and the evh phaser, see how I get on with them otherwise I'll be moving on from mxr and looking else where for a phaser that's suitable

Sounds great but I deducted 1 star for the unwanted volume boost. I don't know what to do about that really. The good news seems to be that a mod is available to fix that. I say "fix", it's not broken. But that vume boost is not what I want. Some people maybe like that.

Love this pedal - I mainly use it turned down fairly low but works really well combined with other effects like distortion or alternatively a clean sound. Very high quality build and materials.

Great range of effects from classic VH to full-on tremolo, very impressive.
