When it says white choc is it white as in milky bar or just milk choc? some posh chocs call “milk choc” “white choc” hence i am asking. tia.

It is white milk chocolate powder. Very sweet so I use 300ml instead of 200ml milk to 3 spoons of powder, check taste. Expensive so a luxury but very nice. Enjoy!
