Gorgeous and comfy and sturdy, oh my!
This roadster bed is stunning! The details are pretty darn perfect and my 4 year old is obsessed. My 1 year old is obsessed too and it seems sturdy so I’m sure we will hand it down to him in a few years. The product arrived quickly, was well packaged, and there were no missing pieces. The instructions were clear enough and separated by the type of configuration you’re looking for (toddler vs twin). Most of the screws have pre-drilled holes but a few don’t. Despite that, assembly was relatively quick and easy. The bed really looks amazing! I’ve looked at a fair few car beds and this one definitely doesn’t have that cheap plastic look. The details are spot on. My husband thinks it looks exactly like a classic Datsun sports car. We love it and this might just be the trick to keeping the 4 year old from wandering into our room every night!

Toddler LOVES it! Be sure to get a metal box spring to get mattress off the ground.
Great toddler bed! I purchased a metal box spring with round corners so that twin mattress isn't just sitting on the ground. It fits perfectly inside the full bed configuration. I then used the box that the bed shipped in to cut and lay flat on the metal box springs for extra support. Works like charm!

Sent mismatched pieces
The bed itself is fine. However, the company sent 2 different colors. We ordered the red car and received mostly the gray car, with red pieces. The bed arrived in 2 separate boxes. The larger box was labeled "grey car" and the second box was labeled "red car." I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone from the company. Our toddler isn't a huge fan of change, so I'm hesitant to return the whole thing and have it result in him having trouble sleeping again. So now we are stuck with a half grey and half red car, when we spent a lot of money for the red one. The bed functions, so overall it's serving its purpose, it's just a bummer that we didn't receive what we ordered after spending a little bit more for a nice "big boy" bed.

Cute car
It doesn’t look cheap. It is cute. Assembly was slightly difficult but I did it! The box spring has to be inserted from the beneath. The belts that hold both sides of the frame together are too short to go from above or beneath the box spring. I had to leave them unattached.

Best car bed out there!
I love the durability and look! It wasn't too hard to put together either, gotta pay attention to which screws go where, other than that smooth sailing. The lights aren't operational BUT you could totally put some fairy lights in there or something as a night light!

Kid loved it, parents unimpressed by overall quality.
Looks nice and my 2 year old loved it the moment he saw it, but overall it's a bit over priced for what you get.The assembly really requires power tools (drill w/screwdriver bit), but they don't state this, so I presume they just expect you to hand tap several dozen screws and these biting anchors into the hard plastic which is ridiculous. Even with proper tools the anchors that are designed to bite into the plastic were a serious pain to keep straight without gouging out the plastic trying to course correct. Using the screws to pierce through the plastic took a considerable amount of force even with the drill. If I had to do it again I probably would have pre-drilled because the screw tips didn't really seem up to the task if I'm being honest.I'd expected some actual prefab anchors and solid screw mounts (metal sleeve) rather than driving directly into the relatively thin plastic, especially for the price they are asking. This means that you basically can't take it apart once assembled or else it will turn into a big flimsy mess. It's bad when I think about Ikea having better mounts and connectors for similar sorts of things at a fraction of the overall cost this was.Still, I can't say that it wasn't exactly what the kid wanted and he loves it...so there's that.
