Great Vitamin Supplement
I like so many other people are guilty of not eating the right foods to get the nutrients our body needs and I have decided it's high time I treated my body like my temple!!I was looking for a good all round multi vitimin when I came across these One a day vitimins from TN Health. Loved the fact there are over 30 active ingredients and I thought I couldn't go wrong taking these so I ordered some.I take one every morning with my breakfast as they are best taken with food and the pills themselves are quite big but easily swallowed. The multivitamin has over 30 active ingredients and considering our body needs 13 essential vitamins to maintain health and wellness these are fantastic. These vitamins include A, B, C, D, E, K, B12 and the 7 B-complex vitamins. Most of these vitamins get consumed through the food we eat, which is where the problem lies. Because most of us do not consume enough nutrients through our diet, and because certain environmental factors can reduce fresh food's nutrient value, we need to take daily multivitamin supplements.Please note that due to these being produced in a factory (in the UK) with nuts etc some people may not able to take them.Having now been on these for a couple of weeks I think I'm beginning to see the benefits of taking my vitamins and will finish the 60 day bottle and get some more after that.I received this item free or at a discount rate for my honest review i have given above. Excellent but Terrible Labelling
This is my review for the TN Health One a Day Multivitamins.I have been looking for a good multivitamin to take with a lot of the nutrients and minerals that my body needs. I found this one and so far I am quite happy with its results. I take one in the morning with breakfast as it is suggested to take with food. The pill itself is quite large so I find with food makes it easier to swallow. I do love that it is suitable for Vegetarians.The multivitamin contains over 30 active ingredients including Vitamin A, Niacin, Zinc and Vitamin D among many others. You generally take Multivitamins to supplement a healthy diet and lifestyle, it is by no means a replacement for food or proper health care. They help to ensure that you are reaching your recommended daily allowance, but you are also to ensure that you do not overdose on your RDA's either.The smells is that of yeast. which isn't appealing but is the expected scent of any multivitamin and it doesn't bother me, but it may bother others. Allergens noted are Milk, Egg, Shellfish, Peanuts and Caffeine. Possibly due to where the factory is, so not suitable for Vegans.The biggest downside to the product for me is the labelling. I have bad eyesight so trying to read the ingredients is a nightmare. The writing is also blurred, which is no good. Please fix your labelling.Ultimately I am very happy with the product. They are made and packaged here in the UK which is also an added benefit and for the price of these for a 60 day supply I think is very good value. I also love that they offer a 100% money back guarantee.I did receive this for free to review. however my reviews are always honest and based on my own opinions.
