Great fleece jacket. Very warm worn just over a tshirt. Keeps the wind out well on a cold day but for harsh conditions you'd probably want an outer shell jacket over the top.Fit is good, neat and comfortable. I am usually an XL so ordered XL in this. It was ok fit but a little too baggy and also long in the torso. I'm 6'2", well built, 15st. It was fine, was going to keep it but ordered a size L to try and its much better for me. Less long in the torso but arms good length, less baggy in the stomach and chest but still room for a light sweatshirt underneath if needed (unlikely as its so warm). The Large size just looks a neater fit if thats what you want but XL was fine for me but looser, so sizing according to how you want it to look I suppose. Large fits me best in this one. I got the blue/green size L and keeping it. Happy with the fleece and just ordered another size L in grey.

I purchased this for my husband for Christmas, but he put it in a pile and didn’t wear it. We were recently packing to go on holiday to Scotland when it was rediscovered. It's breathable and fairly wind resistant, but not absolutely wind proof like one with a bonded membrane, but softer to wear accordingly. For the (sale) price it's okay in the garden, but it didn't perform any draught exclusion miracles atop of a Scottish hill top earlier today - with a stout breeze off the north sea. Stupid gaping thumb holes don't help and too far up the arm for thumbs. Velcro at the wrists would.....it's a decent bargain mid layer. I should have calibrated my expectations according to the price....and I remain on the hunt for something better, but will use this for now.

I’ve now had this 7 months and it is great. There are a number of different companies making this style or pattern of fleece. Many of them have very bad reviews, unless you pay top price. I settled on this one, at the time, there seemed to be an older version made from different material, and this newer one, I got the newer version- the old version is not available now, it wasn’t very good. I really like this, the design is great- loads of useful pockets, it comes down at the backside to keep you warm when sitting or bending over. I love the long sleeves with thumb holes (one was a little tight, so I pushed a screwdriver handle in and sort of carefully expanded it a little, now it is perfect. It feels so snug and warm- the material is thick for a fleece, the stitching all seems to be strong and well done. I like the cut of it, though it is better suited for someone with a “6 pack” stomach, my beached whale, not so much, I have to remember to suck it in whilst parading down the street!😧😂. Another thing I do like, is the zip has a sort of integral baffle over it which makes it more windproof and rain proof. One thing I would change, is, putting an elastic cord on the hood. The coat zips up right up to your chin, but the hood is a bit loose, it would be better if you could tighten it- wearing a woolly hat under it does help though. Another thing, not really a problem though, is, the two pockets at the back (it is a “through” inter-connecting pocket) is somewhat redundant as a pocket, though the good thing about having it there is you have a double layer of fleece right over your kidney area, so in that respect I suppose it is well worth having! (I never considered that, until I started examining it just now!😄)Well, I guess that just about wraps it all up, so if you want a good versatile warm fleece for walking, camping or just mooching about it, whilst being quite stylish with it, I can’t recommend this fleece highly enough!😁

When I wore this for a few days during the UKs wintery month, I felt comfortable, warm and surprisingly relaxed as if I’ve been hugged by a family member.The sheer volume of pockets helps with carrying all your nesserties like car keys, wallets, phone etc.I chose the cream colour and it styles very well with different outfit choices.The quality is a bit on the medium side. But for the price expect what your believe.
