To our knowledge, there are no longer any saxophones made in the U.S.A.

Q: What size liar would fit on this sax?

I am sure that any size lyre can fit on the horn.

Q: Is this a Bb tenor saxophone

All Tenor Sax's are B Flat. The Alto is EFlat, the Soprano is BFlat. There is also a B flat Bass Sax and a "C" melody sax although no one produces the C melody anymore. One more sax would be the Baritone Sax, which is also E flat.

Q: Does this come with a case or any accessories?

It comes in a soft sided zip up case. I bought the mouthpiece and neck strap separately
