Good product.
Nice & creamy. Only drawbacks are just like other powdered coconut milk brands, it contains maltodextrin & sodium casainate. Perhaps these help solidify & preserve the product.

Convenient
This is a staple in my household. Although it is more pricy (like other food items) than if bought at a local Asian store, it is a lot more convenient than commuting.It’s very versatile because you can make the quantity you want and to the desired consistency.It gives curries and milk rice the sweet coconuty flavour that reminds me of home.

great tasting coconut milk powder that lasts for ages and is easy to use in many dishes.
Love this Maggi coconut powder as it can keep for ages in a container so lasts me a long time. I add some to many of my dishes to give a creamy coconut milk flavour and it is much easier than having to open tins of coconut milk or cut through the coconut cream blocks. I will continue buying this as there are no additives and I love the taste.
