Well made and effective
So, here's the deal: the cups are excellent. I think I can guarantee that the people who are writing negative reviews are doing so because they don't know how to use them, and/or they don't know what to expect. I bought these based on the ones used on me in PT and OT. They are nearly identical. They're ever so slightly more firm, but it's because they're new. I brought them in, and they use them on me. I have used them on myself. When using silicone cups, you need a lubricant that has a fat in it, like "Free-Up". This is the product used at OT. PT has their own version, and it also contains fat/grease. Your skin will do better, and the cup will adhere better if you use it. Don't blame the cup. Also, you can't keep them on for a super long time, and you have to monitor the skin color changes. Don't use these if you don't know what you're doing. THESE. CUPS. WORK.

Great value.
Works great on broken hand along with physiotherapy.

They hold well, but the amount of suction needs careful monotiring.
They work well on necks, backs, upper legs and upper arms. They are more difficult to apply to feet, ankles and hands. Smaller cups work on harder to secure areas in the upper neck.

Decent and cheap
I am a licensed physical therapist and utilize other styles of cupping (with the suction pump and valve) in my practice. I bought these to use on my own back. These are fine for the price point and good for home use on your back, back of shoulder, hamstrings (any harder to reach area for self-application). However they are probably not as effective as the pump and valve style where the suction amount can be more variable. Good for home use, not recommended for clinical practice as there are better options that still don’t break the bank.

Recommended by my PT
These seem to do a good job of easing faschia fibers. I keep one of each size in my shower and use them simultaneously with shower gel and sometimes I use them with almond oil when not in the shower. They are durable and easy to use pretty much anywhere there is enough surface to get them to adhere.

Didn’t care for it
Material is too thick and the suction is not firm.

Great suction cups
These are the easiest version of suction cups I have used! I am using them on a c-section scar. They have great suction and are comfortable.

Trash
The cups are stiff, unflexible and material is unnecessarily thick and hard. I will take them to my therapist so she can show her interns. The cups the orthopedic occupational therapist use are pliable and help relieve pain.
