Two pills a day and the gray gets darker from the base of the root outward. So it takes a good 30 days to begin to see the specks of pepper coming in under the salt. In my case, my beard looks better with the darker color coming in under the gray outer layer. Of course as I trim my beard the gray hair gets cut first and the sprinkling of pepper gets darker as time goes on. Just now ordering my second bottle. It’s nice seeing the hair on my head changing the gray darker at the same time. It may be wishful thinking but I believe if you look younger your feel younger too (mentally first, physically too if your attitude is right).
