Is the paper glossed or matt?

It's glossed but not highly glossed. I use it for cards and it has a good finish

paper is more for invitations, cards it is nice quality and the photographs would be ok if framed - its more of a matt finish depending upon you printer. If you have a staples near by ask them to print a photo onto A4 300gsm and it would be very similar ... hope that helps :)

Is this paper what they use to print course diplomas?

I don't think it is right for diplomas. I use it for greeting cards as it has a slight sheen to the card

Can you use this paper for watercolour painting

I wouldn't. I use it for middle of the range photo printing on my inkjet printer. I suggest you buy a pad of bockingford. I use NOT which is slightly rough and gives a mottled effect. Sally - artistimpressions4u
