They are smaller than other ones i have purchased therefore easier to swallow for those who have problems. Am sharing with a friend and told my daughter about them.

I have these for the first time. I like the price and flavor.

This year, I finally started taking omega-3 supplements after hesitating for so long due to my inability to tolerate traditional fish oil. Finding high-dose Omega-3 options without fish oil can be pretty challenging, but I was fortunate to discover Lovita Cold-Pressed Flaxseed Oil Supplements, which boast a remarkable 900mg of ALA (alpha-linolenic acid) per dose. The softgels themselves, with their delicate outer texture, feel as if they could burst open easily, but surprisingly, they are gentle on the stomach. You receive a generous supply of these supplements, and their affordability is impressive, making them an excellent value. While I typically favor gummy Omega-3s, they often tend to clump together in the bottle. These softgels remain soft and easy to use. To my delight, they even have a pleasantly sweet flavor that enhances the experience. Without a doubt, I would choose to purchase these again in the future.

I’ve tried many products like this one and I can’t really say that I see any difference in using this particular product or felt any different at all. That’s just my personal opinion, but I’ll let everyone be their own judge. I just won’t buy it anymore.

I take Flaxseed for improved heart health. It helped to lower my bad (LDL) cholesterol and is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids. It's difficult for me to get the proper amounts of omega-3s from my diet. This is an excellent, convenient source for me. The softgels are large but easy to swallow with no bad taste or odor. These caused no stomach discomfort. I take one capsule twice per day with a meal. These are high quality and easily absorbed. They're made in the USA and are a great value for the price.
