Finest-Filters 200g Granulated Activated Carbon/Charcoal for Aquarium and Pond Filters

I use this in my refillable water jug filter. I did lots of research to confirm that this type of activated carbon was appropriate and figured it is exactly the same as the official water jug branded filters. It won't deal with limescale but will deal with chemical nasties. Doesn't affect taste. As it is pure activated carbon, I dump it into my compost pile after 2 months where it has purported benefits. this 200g was enough for 5 months drinking water filtration. I will be buying a larger pack size from finest filters next for even better value

Slightly less than expected but overall pretty good. Came with a net that was not very useful but do recommend buying.
