we found them to be fine and ordered three more
Having read some negative reviews I was slightly worried about ordering this unit. However having tried a couple in our office, we found them to be fine and ordered three more, which are now installed. We have a good broadband business connection and the call quality is as good as the conventional telephone system (a SAMSUNG DCS100) which we are replacing with VOIP. Using the wireless handset means I can even walk around in the car park while talking. Operation is simple. I haven't needed to look at a manual. The unit is small and takes up no desk space (you can locate the "hub" off your desk and it works fine). I can't really find anything negative to say about this handset. If you need a good business VOIP system I recommend them. We use the 3CX VOIP software (who recommend this) and it all works well.

Easy to setup and works well
Easy to setup and works well. One slight issue with one unit (based in Portugal) that it start cutting the line after 30 seconds but I believe that that is a configuration issue which I am dealing with the supplier.I have 3 now and I know I will need more in the future as the business grows

Very good choice.
As a phone it is great. High quality touch and feel. Loses a star, for me, in that some of the functionality is either hard to get to or hard to figure out.Would definitely recommend.

Battery problem
This phone works with our new business telephone system which is great, however the battery does not work so even though its been charging for hours it will suddenly cut out without warning, which is not very professional for our business. Will be sending back.

Brave new world NOT
Let's be clear, I have not bought one of these. I have one bundled with my FTTP broadband. At £100 a pop, I'm not going to get one, and multiple handsets? They would cost a small fortune. A DECT cordless multiple handset with answering machine, connected with a VOIP adapter, is a far cheaper and better proposition, even including an additional landline number. The Yealink doesn't even have SMS, or at least mine isn't configured for it to work. This kind of phone is technology for its own sake at an exorbitant cost. Not recommended.

I think this handset is terrible
I have this as part of my BT Cloud Express service. So using it as a Voip phone. It may work better as a analogue dect phone.Caller id doesn't work - it shows the number and not the name.Getting into the phone directory takes 5 keypresses. The names are sorted by first name. Searching is done by a string in the middle of a word. So typing eri will return Eric Smith but also Catherine etc.The display is quite small and wastes space with an icon next to each name so you can't see all the name.Mine has an online phonebook - one line per phone number, unlimited entries and a local book multiple numbers per name, but I got a memory full message and I've got many fewer than 500 names in.I could add more grumbles but those are the main ones
