Q: How many litres does this bag hold

40 litres is what 511 site states. However, the sides retain their posture so it’s easier to use then a floppy bag and has separate compartment dividers which can be removed. It als has a stiffened base.

Q: Would the water bottle pocket fit a standard (32oz) nalgene water bottle?

I van just say that i have a 27 oz kleen kantine stainless steel bottle and it fits. Hope this answer helps you a little since it's a great bag

There is a Velcro strip 315 x 100mm on the top of this bag for a name or badge. I would also recommend this kit bag as I have used one for some time now and can not fault it.

my bag internal size of main compartment in mm is 450L x 210W x 260D. hope this helps.
