The finish is not the nicest but they do the job fine. Time will tell if they are made of proper corrosion resistant material.

Did what they should

Good angle brackets. They seem to be made of 304 stainless, because they are not magnetic. Dumb, because they could have used 420 or 430, got the same performance and spent a third less on steel sheet metal. As other reviewers have said, the edges are sharp. They stamped them out of the sheet, and the die must be old and worn because it left quite a burr. They should buy themselves a tumble polisher to remove it. Yeah, right - cheap Chinese stuff being improved is not a thing. The screws are obviously intended to be of a length to work in 3/4" plywood or one-by stock, so if you are trying to use them on a wall and have to go through drywall to get to a stud, go to the store and buy at least 1.5" inch long screws.

and no, it was NOT part of a freebie.they are perfect for SO MANY places you need just a bit of support or stiffening. The screws are a bit soft it is true but I seldom use the ones sent with.I have done everything from fix furniture to hang solar panels with these and they never let me down!

Brackets arrived quickly, were well made. Easy to use. Price was hard to beat for multi-pack!

The metal is not all that thick, and they will bend if you add a lot of weight. They probably work great for light duty shelving, which is what I believe they are intended for. I was trying to use them for bracing a bed frame, and I can tell they just can't take the weight. Unfortunately I can't find a more heavy duty (thicker) corner brace with the same length/width dimensions.
